Workflow Builder

Axonator’s Workflow Builder is a tool that makes it easy to create and manage workflows. It uses a simple drag-and-drop approach, which means you can build your workflows by clicking and dragging different Actions from one area and dropping them into another area.

Actions

On the left side of the Workflow Builder, you’ll find the Actions. This is a collection of different Actions that you can use in your workflow. Some examples of Actions include “Start,” “Fill Form,” “Send Email,” and “Stop.” You can choose the Actions you need from this Actions tools.

Workspace

In the middle of the Workflow Builder, there’s a big open space called the Workspace. This is where you’ll build your workflow by dragging and dropping the Actions from the Actions tools onto the Workspace. You can arrange the Actions in the order you want your workflow to follow.

Actions Properties

Once you’ve added an Action to your workflow, you can Configure it by changing its Properties. This is done in the Actions Properties area, located on the right side of the Workflow Builder. Different Actions have different Properties you can adjust. For example, with the “Fill Form” Action, you can choose which form should be filled out. With the “Send Email” Action, you can enter the email address.

Building Your Workflow

To create your workflow, you start by dragging the “Start” Action from the Actions tools to the Workspace. Then, you add the other Actions you need, one by one, connecting them in the order you want the workflow to follow. Finally, you end your workflow with the “Stop” Action.
