How to Create a Workflow in Axonator

  1. Access the Workflow Builder

    • Go to builder.axonator.com
    • Log in to your Axonator account
    • Navigate to the workflow section
  2. Initiate a New Workflow

    • Look for and click on the “Create Workflow” button
  3. Set Workflow Name

    • Name your workflow to reflect its purpose
    • Select the form in which you want to set the workflow

  4. Design the Workflow

    • Use the drag-and-drop interface to design your workflow
    • Define the sequence of  Actions for your automation
  5. Configure Workflow Action

    • Set up each action with necessary details
    • Specify conditions, notifications, and branching logic
  6. Link Action

    • Define connections between action
    • Ensure the workflow follows your desired sequence
  7. Set Workflow Properties

    • Name your workflow to reflect its purpose
    • Provide a description if needed for clarity
  8. Test the Workflow

    • Run tests to ensure the workflow operates as expected
  9. Adjust as Necessary

    • Review test results
    • Make any needed adjustments to the workflow configuration
  10. Save and Activate

    • Save your finalized workflow
    • Activate it for use in your processes
