Adding / Removing App Users

You can add an app user in two ways – 

• Visit builder.axonator.com.
• Navigate to the app user page for the app in which you want to add a user.
• Click on the “Add user” button appearing on the top right side of the screen.
• Now, you can either add –

1. 1. A new user (one who does not have an Axonator account beforehand or is not an Organization User) –
      For this, simply enter the user details in the fields displayed and select a role (mandatory).OR
   2. Add an existing user (who is an Organization User) –
      For this, simply click on the user from the list displayed and select a role (mandatory).

• • If the user is already a part of your organization or has an Axonator account, click on “Add App User”
  • If User does not have an Axonator Account, click on “Add and Invite” which will send an email to the user’s email address mentioned and allow them to create an account, before they are added to the app. 

Note – When you add any new user/s as an app user for the first time, they also get added as an Organization User as any user must be a part of the Organization in order to have access to any of the apps within the Organization.
This also enables you to provide more access permissions to the user for accessing the overall platform’s functionality and be added in other apps seamlessly.

To remove an App User –

• Visit builder.axonator.com
• Navigate to the app user page for the app in which you want to delete a user.
• Select one or multiple users by clicking on the checkbox next to the user/s you wish to delete. 
• Click on “deleted selected” to delete the selected user. 

Note – Deleting a User from one app will not delete them from any other app.
