How to share a form publicly?

1. Access the Axonator Builder

   • Go to builder.axonator.com
   • Log in to your Axonator account

2. Open the desired form

   • Navigate to the form you want to share publicly
   • Select and open the form

3. Locate the sharing options

   • Look for the 3-dot menu in the top right corner of the screen
   • Click on this menu to reveal additional options

4. Access the sharing feature

   • In the dropdown menu, find the “Share this form” option
   • Click on “Share this form”
     

5. Customize the URL

   • You will get a URL for your form
   • Add the form name or a relevant identifier to the end of the URL
   • Click on Done button
   • This helps identify what the URL is for
     

6. Copy and distribute the link

   • Copy the provided link
   • Share it with your intended audience via email, messaging, or other preferred methods

7. Test the shared link

   • Open the link in a new browser or incognito window
   • Ensure the form loads correctly and is accessible to non-logged-in users

• Ensure you want the form to be publicly accessible before sharing the link
• Regularly review and update the form as needed, changes will reflect in the shared link
• Be cautious about sharing forms containing sensitive information publicly
