How to Set a Custom Title and Custom Subtitle for a Form

1. Access the Axonator Builder

   • Go to builder.axonator.com
   • Login with your credentials

2. Navigate to your form

   • Open the app containing your form
   • Select the form you want to customize

3. Locate form properties

   • In the right panel, you’ll see the form properties
     

4. Set Custom Title

   • Find the “Custom Title” in the properties
   • Enter your desired title for the form

5. Set Custom Subtitle

   • Look for the “Custom Subtitle”
   • Enter your desired subtitle for the form

6. Save changes

   • Ensure you save your form after making these changes

Where is it used?

The custom title and subtitle are used in the mobile view of your form. Here’s how it works:

• If you don’t set a custom title, the form will display the original name you set in the form builder when viewed on a mobile device.
• If you set a custom title, this will override the original form name in the mobile view.
• The custom subtitle provides additional context or information below the main title.

Remember to test your form on a mobile device after setting custom titles and subtitles to ensure they appear as intended.
