How to select the correct form type?

Brief Description of Form Types:

1. Data Collection Form:
   • Used to gather various types of data
   • Suitable for tasks and processes like inspections
2. Object Form:
   • Designed to collect information about specific objects
   • Ideal for machines, equipment, or physical assets
3. Action Form:
   • Created for actions to be taken on specific objects
   • Allows task assignment
   • Always associated with an Object Form

How to Select the Form Type:

1. Access the Axonator Builder:
   • Go to builder.axonator.com
   • Login with your credentials
2. Open the desired app:
   • Navigate to the app where you want to select the form type
3. Locate form properties:
   • Select the form in the right panel
   • Find the form properties section
     
4. Choose the form type:
   • Look for the “Form Type” dropdown menu
   • Select the appropriate type (Data Collection, Object, or Action)
