Tabular Report Features

A Tabular Report in Axonator allows you to view and interact with multiple data entries simultaneously in a structured table format. You can create one by logging into Axonator, navigating to the Enlighten tab, initiating report creation, and selecting ‘Tabular Report’. This report can combine fields from either a single form or multiple forms. Once you’re done arranging the fields and setting up, save the report. To view the created report on the dashboard, select the application, click on the filter icon, right-click on the global filter, select “Send to Dashboard”, click on “Pin”, and save the report

Tabular Report Features: Making Data Look Great

Creating great-looking reports for all your data doesn’t have to be complicated. The tabular report feature in your app makes it super easy with just a few simple steps:

1. Drag and Drop Fields
   • On the left side, you’ll see all the different fields (columns) you can include
   • Just grab those fields and drag them over to the middle canvas area
   • Arrange them how you want to build your custom report table
2. Customize Appearance
   • Over on the right are the properties for styling your report
   • Change text alignment for each row with a click
   • Group related fields together so they make sense
3. Fine-tune the Layout
   • Next to properties, you’ll find layout options
   • Setup a background color or add borders around sections
   • Adjust table headers – font, size, color, etc.
4. Instant Data Integration
   • Your reports automatically pull in the latest, real data
   • No more manually updating – it’s all linked and current
5. Clean & Brandable
   • All the styling lets you make sleek, professional reports
   • Use your company’s fonts, colors, and look
