How to reassign task through web?

  1. Log In:

  2. Navigate to the Tasks Section:

    • On your dashboard, click on the ‘Tasks’ section from the main menu to see the list of tasks.
  3. Choose a Task to Reassign:

    • Identify the task you want to reassign to another person. You can use the ‘Search’ function to quickly find a specific task if needed.
  4. Reassign the Task:

    • Locate the ‘Assigned To’ column for the task you want to reassign.
    • Click on the current assignee’s name to open a dropdown menu.
    • Select the new person you want to assign the task to from the dropdown list.
  5. Save Changes:

    • The changes will be automatically saved once you select the new assignee.
  6. Verify Reassignment:

    • Check that the task now shows the new assignee in the ‘Assigned To’ column on the task list.

The newly assigned person will now be responsible for the task and will typically receive a notification about the new assignment.
