Form User Permissions

The “Form User Permissions” feature in Axonator allows you to control and manage who can access and fill out specific forms or checklists. This feature ensures that only authorized users or user groups can view or submit certain forms.

With Form User Permissions, you can define granular access levels for each form or checklist within the Axonator app. This means that you can specify which individual users or user groups are permitted to fill out a particular form or checklist.

One of the key benefits of this feature is its ability to maintain data privacy and ensure that sensitive forms or checklists are only accessible to those who have the necessary permissions. For example, you may have certain forms or checklists that should only be filled out by supervisors or managers, while restricting access for ground-level workers or other user groups.
