Visibility Conditions

Visibility Conditions are a feature in Axonator that allows you to control which parts of a form are visible or hidden based on specific rules or conditions. This feature helps to simplify the form by showing only the fields or sections that are relevant to the user’s situation or inputs.

Think of it like a magic trick for your form. Depending on the information the user provides or the choices they make, certain fields or sections of the form can appear or disappear right before their eyes!

For example, let’s say you have a form that asks for personal information, such as name, address, and phone number. However, you only want to show the phone number field if the user selects a particular option from a drop-down menu, like “I want to receive updates via text message.”

With Visibility Conditions, you can set up a rule that says, “If the user selects ‘I want to receive updates via text message,’ then show the phone number field. If they select any other option, hide the phone number field.” This way, the form only displays the fields that are necessary based on the user’s choices.

Visibility Conditions can be applied to individual form fields or entire sections of the form. This helps to keep the form clean and uncluttered, making it easier for users to navigate and understand what information they need to provide.

Additionally, by hiding fields or sections that are not relevant, you can prevent users from accidentally entering incorrect or unnecessary information, which can improve the accuracy and quality of the data collected.

Overall, Visibility Conditions in Axonator are a powerful tool that enhances the user experience by displaying only the most relevant information based on specific criteria or user inputs. It’s like having a personalized form that adapts to each user’s unique situation, making the data entry process smoother and more efficient.
