Accessing Forms Via mobile apps

Axonator provides a convenient way to access and fill out forms through dedicated mobile apps available for both iOS and Android devices. This feature allows users to easily access and complete forms from anywhere, at any time, using their mobile devices.

To get started, users need to download the Axonator mobile app from the respective app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android). Once installed, users can log in to the app using their Axonator credentials.

After successfully logging in, users will be presented with a list of apps  that have been configured and made available to them. This list is tailored to each user’s specific permissions and access levels, ensuring that they can only view and access the forms they are authorized to work with.

When a user selects a particular form in app from the list, they can view and fill out the associated forms directly on their mobile device. The mobile app interface is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate through the form sections and input data.

One of the key advantages of accessing forms via the mobile apps is the ability to capture data on-the-go. For example, field workers can fill out forms or checklists while at remote job sites, inspectors can complete inspection forms while on-site, and sales representatives can capture customer information during client visits.

The mobile apps also support various data capture methods, such as text input, barcode scanning, photo/video uploads, and GPS location tracking, depending on the form’s requirements. This enables users to efficiently capture relevant data directly from their mobile devices, streamlining the data collection process.

Additionally, the mobile apps can be configured to work offline, allowing users to fill out forms even in areas with poor or no internet connectivity. The data entered is then synced with the central system once an internet connection is re-established, ensuring that no data is lost.
