Validity Conditions

The “Validity Conditions” feature in Axonator gives you the ability to control which parts of a form are visible or hidden based on specific rules or conditions. This means that you can show or hide certain fields depending on the information the user provides or other factors.

Imagine you have a form with many fields, but some of those fields are only relevant if the user meets certain criteria. For example, if you have a form for ordering a product, you might only want to show the shipping address fields if the user selects the option to have the product shipped to them.

With “Validity Conditions,” you can set up rules that determine when those shipping address fields should be visible or hidden. If the user selects the option to have the product shipped, the shipping address fields will appear. If they choose to pick up the product in person, those fields will be hidden, since they don’t need to provide a shipping address.

This feature helps to simplify the form by showing only the fields that are relevant to the user’s specific situation. It makes the form easier to understand and fill out, because the user doesn’t have to worry about fields that don’t apply to them.

Additionally, “Validity Conditions” can help to improve the accuracy of the data entered into the form. By hiding fields that aren’t relevant, you can prevent users from accidentally entering incorrect or unnecessary information.

Overall, the “Validity Conditions” feature in Axonator allows you to create dynamic and responsive forms that adapt to the user’s inputs and provide a more streamlined and user-friendly experience.
