Use Commando AI

AI Commando is a powerful feature in the form builder that uses artificial intelligence to assist in form creation. It can:

1. Generate form fields based on text prompts
2. Extract form fields from uploaded files (e.g., PDFs, images, txt, etc.)

Using AI Commando with Text Prompts

1. Open your form in the form builder.
2. Locate and click on the AI Commando button (represented by a robot icon).
3. In the AI Commando panel, type your prompt. For example: “Create a customer feedback form with fields for name, email, product purchased, and satisfaction rating.”
4. Click the “Submit” button.
5. Review the suggested fields in the AI Commando panel.
6. For each field you want to add: 
   • Click on the field to select it.
   • Click “add” to directly add the widget to your form.
7. Adjust any field properties as needed in the main form builder interface.

Using AI Commando with File Upload

1. Open your form in the form builder.
2. Click on the AI Commando button.
3. In the AI Commando panel, look for the various file icons. .
4. Click on the upload option and select your file (e.g., a PDF of an existing form).
5. Wait for AI Commando to process the file and suggest fields.
6. Review the suggested fields in the AI Commando panel.
7. To retain exact labels from the uploaded file: 
   • Look for an option like “Preserve Exact Labels”  and enable it. 
   • If this option isn’t available, you can manually edit the field labels after adding them to your form.
8. For each field you want to add:
   • Click on the field to select it.
   • Click “add” to directly add the widget to your form.
9. Fine-tune field properties and layout in the main form builder interface.

Tips for Using AI Commando

• Be specific in your text prompts for more accurate field generation.
• For file uploads, use clear, well-formatted documents for best results.
• Always review and adjust AI-generated fields to ensure they meet your exact needs.
• Experiment with different prompts or file types to see what works best for your forms.
