Data Flow From Forms To Reports

Axonator provides a seamless data flow from field data collection to insightful reporting, encompassing several key stages:

  1. Data Capture: Mobile forms, Configuring using the Form Builder, allow field users to collect data efficiently, even in areas with limited connectivity.
  2. Data Validation: Forms incorporate various validation methods to ensure data accuracy, including conditional visibility of fields based on user inputs.
  3. Cloud Synchronization: Collected data is synchronized with the Axonator cloud when an internet connection is available.
  4. Workflow Automation: Upon synchronization, Configurable workflows are triggered, automating various processes through the Automata tool.
  5. Data Processing: The workflow can include both user steps (requiring human intervention) and system steps (automatic processes), allowing for data manipulation, integration with third-party systems via APIs, and other operations.
  6. Reporting: Finally, the processed data flows into Report Builder, Axonator’s reporting and dashboard tool. Here, users can create tabular and graphical reports by dragging and dropping relevant fields from the original mobile forms.

This integrated approach ensures that data collected in the field is efficiently processed, analyzed, and presented in meaningful reports, enabling informed decision-making based on real-time insights.
