Populate a Table

Creating tables in Axonator’s pdf report template builder can be done using the “Table” tool.

To create a table –

  • Navigate to the PDF Report template Builder on builder.axonator.com.
  • Open an existing template / create a new template.
  • In the tools section, locate the “Table” tool and drag it to the canvas.  

The table by default has a 3×3 layout. In order to modify the number of rows and columns you can simply click on the last row or column and click on the + symbol to add more rows and columns.

Once you have created a table you can –

  • Modify the size or number of rows and columns.
  • Rearrange the columns.
  • Drag and drop other tools (text box, images, web links, etc)
  • Drag and drop form widgets into the table’s cells to populate it according to your requirements when form data is submitted.
  • Modify the properties of the table.
