Overview of Organization User Management

Axonator allows for comprehensive user management through its Organization and App User modeling options, which lets a user add/remove/modify other users of their organization, whom they intend to use apps created on Axonator. 

Axonator’s user management module also lets you assign roles to the users of your organization, enabling you to create an organizational hierarchy that exists within your organization or fits your business needs.  One can also provide varying levels of access permissions to users by assigning either default or custom roles created for the same purpose. 

The Organization Users page in Axonator’s builder gives a comprehensive view of all the users of your organization using Axonator’s App and Web platform. 

You can add a user as an Organization user if you wish to add him to one or more apps that you create in your Axonator Account. 

 

To view the Organization Users’ page – 

  • Login to builder.axonator.com
  • Click on the profile icon on the top right
  • Navigate to the organization users page by clicking on the option. 

OR 

  • Login to builder.axonator.com
  • At the bottom of the page, locate the (+ Add) icon and click on it. 

On the Organization Users’ page, you can see – 

  • The User’s name
  • Email address
  • Assigned role/s
  • Invitation Status (whether email invite has been sent/not sent)
  • User Status (Can be set as available or unavailable from the mobile app.)

 

You can also search through the list of organization users page using the search option.
