Overview of App User Management

Axonator’s app user management module lets you manage app specific users and assign roles which let them access and complete tasks of that app only. You can either add users to an app directly or select from the users that are already a part of your organization.

Like in Organization users, there are default roles with a pre-defined set of permissions for App Users as well. 

To view the users of a particular app

  • Visit builder.axonator.com
  • Open the app whose users you wish to view
  • In the left sidebar menu, click on “Use”.
  • Under “Use”, click on “Users” to view the users of that app. 

OR

  • Visit builder.axonator.com
  • Open the app whose users you wish to view
  • Once you have opened the app and are on the app’s home page, click on the “add” button in the footer to navigate to the app users page. 

On the app users’ page you can see – 

  • User’s name
  • User’s email-id
  • Role/s assigned to the user
  • App Version
  • Axonator App Version
  • Invitation Status

 

The bifurcation of User Management into Organization and App Users allow for simple yet well defined differentiation of tasks and roles for each user that is a part of your organization.
Any user that is going to be a part of multiple apps can be added as an Organization User, whereas any user who is going to be a part of a singular app can be added as an App User.
