List View

The list view lets you see all the entries of the data submission made in a simple, tabular manner. 

To open list view –

• Go to web.axonator.com
• Click on the app for which you want to view form submissions.
• In the left sidebar, click on the form name to view data submissions.
• The screen in front of you will be displaying the list view for all data submitted. 

In list view, you can –

• View all data submissions along with the actual data submitted for each form field and system fields.
• Edit the submitted data by clicking on the edit button which is at the very end of the data entry. 
• Generate QR codes for the objects collected in the system
• Add new records for that form. 
• Export data via email in excel format. 
• Apply one or more filters to the form fields and get a precise selection of data entries based on the same. 
• Select the number of entries you wish to view per page.

Note – The list view for a form with the correct form fields will only be visible once the form created has been saved and the app has been published.
