Introduction to Email Template Builder

The Axonator Email Template Builder is a feature that allows users to create and customize professional email templates, which can then be used to send email updates to other app users. 

With the email template builder you can –

• Create professional email templates by adding the email subject and body for sending task or data submission related updates via email. 
• Add images, videos, urls, code scripts to the email body and format the content of the email using a wide variety of text editing tools. 
• Directly represent the data submitted in a form by adding a function call.  

Once an email template has been created and saved successfully, you can use it in the “Send Email” step of any workflow to automate the reporting process. You can also enable the “attach a document” property and send a PDF Report being created in the “Generate Document” steps of the workflow. 

Please note: Email templates need to be saved in order to see it being reflected in the list of available email templates of the “Send Email” step, and not saved as a draft. A draft email template will restrict you from publishing the app.
