Introduction to Dashboards

The Dashboard section of Axonator’s web platform lets users view and analyze key parameters of the data submissions made at a glance. 

In order to view graphs, charts and tables based on the data submitted on the dashboard – 

• Visit builder.axonator.com.
• Create or open an existing app.
• After creating and saving a few forms, head to the analytical reports section.
• Once you have enabled reporting, you can create graphical or tabular reports.
• After having created the charts, graphs and tables to display the data as per your requirements, you need to pin them to the dashboard. 
• You can pin the charts, graphs or tables to either an existing dashboard or create a new dashboard. 
• Now, head to the dashboard section to view the items pinned. You can drag, re-size and re-arrange them to fit to your liking. 
• Save the dashboard after you have arranged the visualizations as per your choice. 
• Upon opening the same app in web.axonator.com, the dashboard will be visible to you under the “dashboard” section in the left menu. 

The dashboard can have multiple elements pinned to it. You can apply filters to view the specific data entries that you wish to, and even export data present in tables via email or have the charts and graphs downloaded in various file formats. 

Please note:
There is no limit to the number of dashboards you can create or the number of items you can represent on a single dashboard. The dashboard on the web platform can only be viewed and not edited. Editing can only be done through builder.axonator.com.
