Introduction to Axonator Mobile App

The Axonator mobile app is the platform that enables your workforce to seamlessly capture data and complete tasks on the field.

Being a mobile first platform, it is at the center of Axonator’s ecosystem (App Builder, Mobile App, Web App), and serves as the workhorse for your on-field automation capabilities.

The Axonator mobile app can be downloaded for free from –

  • Play Store (for Android devices)
  • App Store (for iOS devices)

Once you have downloaded the mobile app you can simply login with your Axonator account credentials and use the apps that you have created or been added into.
In order to view an app on Axonator, it must be published at least once.
Axonator’s mobile app is primarily used for –

  • Submitting data by filling forms.
  • Completing or rejecting assigned tasks.

For performing either of the actions mentioned above, the user must have the necessary access permissions in place.
The mobile app’s layout displays –

  • List of apps that have been published and you have access to.
  • A search bar that lets you search the app by entering the app name.
  • A QR icon which lets you access apps which have been QR search enabled.
  • On the top right corner, an option to sync all apps, and next to it, is a User Profile icon to access general app settings, set the availability status, and sign out.

Once you have opened an app, you can see –

  • Under the “Menu” section, the forms that have been saved successfully before the latest app publish and you have access to. “View all forms” shows you the full list of forms available and also allows you to search forms.
  • Under the “My Tasks” section, the tasks that have been assigned to you.
  • Under the “Actions” section, you can see the list of action forms in your app.
  • As part of the bottom navigation bar, 4 options are present, namely –
    • Home – Navigates you to the home screen of the app you have opened.
    • My Tasks – Shows you the comprehensive list of all tasks that have been assigned to you.
    • Drafts – Shows you the list of all draft submissions that you have made.
    • Notifications – Shows you in-app notifications regarding the latest versions available, tasks assigned, etc.
    • Settings – Opens the page that allows you to manage app specific settings.

Axonator’s mobile app is designed keeping in mind the challenges faced by your organization’s frontline workforce and thus can also be used offline. The data submitted offline seamlessly syncs with your app’s cloud storage once an internet connection is available.
