How to view a task’s history in mobile?

  1. Launch the Axonator Mobile App

    • Open the Axonator app on your mobile device

  2. Log In

    • Enter your credentials to log into your account

  3. Select the Appropriate App

    • From the list of available apps, choose the one where you want to view task history

  4. Navigate to the Task Section

    • Look at the bottom of the screen for the navigation tabs
    • You should see options like Home, Action, My Task, and others

  5. Access My Task

    • Tap on the “My Task” tab

  6. View Task History

    • In the My Task section, you will find a list of all your tasks
    • This list includes both your task history and any new tasks assigned to you

  7. Review Task Details

    • Tap on any specific task to view more details about it
    • You may be able to see information such as task status, due dates, and any associated actions or comments

  8. Filter or Sort Tasks (if available)

    • Look for options to filter or sort tasks based on status, date, or other criteria
    • This can help you find specific historical tasks more easily

  9. Interact with Tasks

    • Depending on your permissions and the task status, you may be able to update, complete, or take other actions on tasks directly from this view
