How to use the watch step in the workflow?

1. Access the Workflow Builder

1. • Log in to your account at app.axonator.com
   • Navigate to the workflow builder from the left section
   • Open an existing workflow or create a new one by clicking “Create Workflow”

2. Locate the Watch Step

   • In the workflow builder, find the list of actions on the left side
   • Look under the “Advanced” section
   • Identify the “Watch Step” action

3. Add Watch Step to Workflow

   • Drag and drop the Watch Step action onto the canvas in your workflow
   • Position it where you want it to occur in the process flow
     

4. Configure the Watch Step

   • Click on the Watch Step you just added to your workflow
   • Look for the properties panel on the right side of the screen
   • Adjust settings according to your workflow needs
     

Important Notes

• Ensure the Watch Step is properly connected to previous and subsequent action in the workflow
• Use Watch Steps strategically to create more dynamic and responsive workflows
• Remember to save your workflow after adding and configuring the Watch Step
