How to Use QR Code and Barcode Scanning

  1. Configure the checklist

    • Add required barcode field
    • Add QR code field
    • Publish the form

  2. Access the Axonator Mobile app

    • Download the app (available on iOS and Android)
    • Login with your credentials

  3. Scan QR codes

    • Open the form with the configured QR code field
    • Tap on the QR code field to activate the scanner
    • Scan the QR code
    • The app will automatically populate the data from the QR code into the respective fields

  4. Scan barcodes

    • Open the form with the configured barcode field
    • Tap on the barcode field to activate the scanner
    • Scan the barcode
