How to track task and workflow history?

  1. Access the Application

    • Log in to the Axonator platform
    • Open the application for which you want to track workflow and data history
  2. Navigate to Task View

    • Go to the “Tasks” section within the application
    • This displays tasks related to different forms and workflows
  3. View History from Task

    • Click on the “View” button for the specific task or action form
    • In the task details, find and click on the “History” option

  4. Check Task History

    • Explore the chronological record of actions and operations
    • Review workflow steps, execution details, and any failures or errors
  5. Alternative Method via Data Section:

    • From the left panel, click on the “Data” section
    • Open the data for the particular asset form you’re interested in
    • Select the specific submission you want to review
    • click the “History” button to view the detailed history

  • Both task view and asset form methods provide insights into workflow history
  • Regularly check history to identify and address any recurring issues
  • Use the history information for troubleshooting and process improvement
  • Ensure you have necessary permissions to access history information
