How to track data and access data?

  1. Log In
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard
    • Once logged in, access the dashboard from the main menu
    • The dashboard provides an overview of various metrics such as the number of users in the field, minutes saved, costs saved, and records submitted
  3. Access Detailed Data
    • Navigate to the ‘Data’ section from the main menu
    • Here, you can view detailed records, such as checklist submissions, and track the progress of tasks
  4. Interact with Data Entries
    • Click on individual entries to view or edit the details
    • You can see the submission time, the user who submitted it, and the current status of each task or record
  5. View Historical Data
    • Use the history or log features to view past activities
    • Track the completion of tasks or submissions over time
