How to Set Up a Reference Email ID to Send Tasks

  1. Access the Axonator Builder

    • Go to builder.axonator.com
    • Log in to your Axonator account
  2. Navigate to your workflow

    • Select the app containing your workflow
    • Open the workflow you want to modify
  3. Locate the email task action

    • In your workflow, find the Action for sending email tasks
  4. Configure the email settings

    • Look for the “Recipient email address” field
    • This is where you’ll set up your reference Email ID
  5. Enter the reference Email ID

    • Type in the email address you want to use as the sender
    • Ensure this is a valid email address that you have access to
  6. Verify the email (if required)

    • Some systems may require email verification
    • Follow any prompts to verify the email address
  7. Save your changes

    • Look for the “Save” button
    • Click to save your email configuration
  8. Test the workflow

    • Run a test to ensure emails are sent from the correct address
  9. Monitor and adjust

    • Check that tasks are being sent successfully
    • Make adjustments if needed

  • Ensure the email address complies with your organization’s policies
  • Make sure nothing is blocking external emails in your organization’s email system
  • Check if emails are not going into recipients’ spam or junk mail folders
  • Regularly monitor the delivery status of your task emails to ensure they’re reaching intended recipients
