How to set access permissions and form permissions in the App?

1. Access Axonator Builder
   • Login to Builder.axonator.com
   • Go to the app where you want to add Access permissions
2. Navigate to Users Section
   • In the left section menu, find “Users”
   • Under “Users”, click on “users”
     
3. Select User
   • You will see a list of app users
   • Click on the name of the user you want to set access permissions
     
4. Configure Permissions
   • In the user’s profile, locate the “User Permission” tab
   • From this tab, you can configure both access permissions and form permissions for the app
     
5. Set Permissions
   • Adjust the necessary permissions for the user
   • This includes both general access permissions and specific form permissions
6. Save Changes
   • Ensure you save any changes made to the user’s permissions

Important Notes

• Access permissions control what parts of the app a user can interact with
• Form permissions determine which forms a user can access and edit
