How to restrict the builder access for a user, and only allow the data access to them on we

we’ll guide you through the process of restricting a user’s access to the builder or development environment of your application while still allowing them to view and interact with data on the web.

Step 1: Log in to Your Application

Start by logging in to your application using your administrative credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Organization/User Management Section

Once logged in, locate the “Organization User” section within your application’s interface. This is found in the top-right corner, under a settings or administration menu.

Step 3: Open the User List

Within the Organization User section, look for an option labeled “Users” or something similar. Click on this option to open a list of all users associated with your organization or application.

Step 4: Identify the User

Scroll through the list of users and identify the one for whom you want to restrict builder access and allow only data access.

Step 5: Open the User’s Account Settings

Once you’ve identified the user, click on their name or profile to open their account settings or user details.

Step 6: Locate the Role or Permissions Section

Within the user’s account settings, look for a section labeled “Role,” “Permissions,” or something similar. This section will contain various roles or permission levels that can be assigned to the user.

Step 7: Assign the Data Access or Read-Only Role

In the Role or Permissions section, you should find a role or permission level specifically designed for “Data Access,” “Read-Only Access,” or something similar. Select this role or permission level for the user.

Step 8: Save Changes

After assigning the appropriate role or permission level, save the changes to apply the new access restrictions.

Congratulations! You have now successfully restricted the user’s access to the builder or development environment of your application. The user will no longer have the ability to modify
