How to create a form shortcut? Where does it show up?

How to Create a Form Shortcut

  1. Access the Form Builder

    • Go to the Axonator Form Builder

  2. Open the form

    • Click the “Customize” button to open your desired form

  3. Navigate to shortcut settings

    • Find the “More” tab in the right panel
    • Click on “Shortcuts”

  4. Enable the shortcut

    • Check the “Add form shortcut” checkbox
    • The form name will automatically appear in the textbox

  5. Save and publish

    • Click the “Save” button
    • Publish the app to apply changes

Using the Form Shortcut

  1. Open the Axonator mobile application

    • The shortcut will be visible on the app list screen

  2. Access the form

    • Tap the created form shortcut, identifiable by an arrow icon
