How to create a field shortcut? Where does it show up?

How to Create a field Shortcut

  1. Access the Form Builder

    • Go to the Axonator Form Builder

  2. Open the desired form

    • Select the form to view its properties in the right panel

  3. Navigate to shortcut settings

    • Find the “More” option in the right panel
    • Click on the “Shortcuts” tab

  4. Add a new shortcut

    • Click the “Add New” button

  5. Configure the shortcut

    • Select the Field from the dropdown list
    • Enter a name for the shortcut

  6. Save the shortcut

    • Click the “Add” button
    • Click the “Save” button to confirm changes

  7. Publish the app

    • Ensure you publish the app to apply the changes

How to Use Field Shortcuts on Mobile Devices

  1. Access the Axonator app

    • Open the Axonator mobile application on your device

  2. Navigate to the desired application

    • Select and open the application containing your form

  3. Open the form

    • Locate and open the form with the widget shortcut

  4. Activate the widget shortcut

    • Tap the Widget Shortcut icon at the top of the form

  5. Select the desired shortcut

    • Choose the specific shortcut from the displayed list

  6. Navigate to the widget

    • The form will automatically scroll to the selected widget
