How to Create a Dashboard?

Dashboards in Axonator provide a visual representation of your data, allowing for quick insights and analysis. This guide will walk you through the process of creating a dashboard.

1. Access Axonator Builder

   • Open your web browser and navigate to builder.axonator.com
   • Log in using your credentials

2. Select the Relevant App

   • After logging in, you’ll see a list of apps
   • Choose the app for which you want to create a dashboard

3. Navigate to Analytical Reports

   • Once in the app, look for the menu on the left section
   • Find and click on ‘Analytical Reports’
     

4. Enable Reporting

   • On the Analytical Reports page, you’ll see an ‘Enable Reporting’ option
   • Click on this to activate the reporting feature for your app
     

5. Refresh the Page

   • After enabling reporting, refresh the page

6. Initiate Dashboard Creation

   • After refreshing, you should see a ‘Create Report’ button
   • Click on this button to start creating your dashboard
     

7. Choose Report Type

   • You’ll be presented with two options:
     a. Graphical: For visual representations like charts and graphs
     b. Tabular: For data presented in rows and columns
   • Select the option that best suits your requirements

• Choose the most appropriate visualizations for your data
• Ensure that your dashboard provides clear, actionable insights
• You may need to set up proper data connections and ensure data accuracy for meaningful reports
• Remember that you can always come back and edit your dashboard later
