How to configure a list filter to a reference choice list?

  • Access the Form Builder

    • Open your web browser
    • Navigate to builder.axonatoer.com
    • Log in if necessary

  • Open Your Form

    • Select the form you want to edit from your list of forms

  • Add or Select a Choice List Field

    • If not already present, add a new choice list field to your form
    • If the field exists, select it to edit its properties

  • Set the Data Source

    • In the field properties, find the “Data source” option
    • Set it to “Reference List”

  • Configure the Reference

    • Select the form you want to reference in the “Reference to” property

  • Locate the List Filter Option

    • Scroll down in the field properties
    • At the bottom, you will find the “List filter” section

  • Add a List Filter Condition

    • Click on “Add condition” or a similar option (may vary depending on the exact interface)
    • This will open the filter configuration dialog

  • Set Up Your Filter Condition

    • Choose the field you want to filter by
    • Select the appropriate operator (e.g., equals, contains, etc.)
    • Set the value to filter on (this could be a static value or a reference to another field)

  • Save Your Changes

    • After setting up the filter condition, make sure to save your changes to the form

  • Test Your Filter

    • Preview your form to ensure the list filter is working as expected
