How to build a form to capture pictures and add notes?

1. Access Axonator Builder

   • Go to Builder.axonator.com
   • Login with your credentials

2. Navigate to Your App

   • Select the app containing the form you want to configure

3. Open Form Builder

   • Locate and open the form where you want to add picture capture and notes

4. Add Photo Capture Field

   • In the left section of the form builder, find the ‘Photo’ field
   • Drag and drop the ‘Photo’ field onto the canvas
     

5. Save and Publish

   • Save the changes to your form
   • Publish the app to make the updated form available

6. Verify on Mobile

   • Login to your mobile app
   • Open the checklist you just configured
   • You will see the photo field in the mobile form

Important Notes

• Ensure the form is saved and the app is published for changes to take effect
• The photo field allows users to capture pictures directly within the form on mobile devices
