How do I stop receiving the emails and PDF reports after every form submission?

  1. Access Your Axonator Account

    • Open your web browser and go to app.axonator.com
    • Log in using your user ID and password
  2. Select the Relevant App

    • Once logged in, choose the specific app for which you want to stop receiving emails and PDF reports after form submissions
  3. Navigate to the Workflow Builder

    • Look at the left panel
    • Find and click on the “Workflow” option
  4. Open the Existing Workflow

    • In the Workflow Builder, locate the workflow that’s currently sending you emails and PDF reports
    • Click on this workflow to open it for configuration
  5. Identify the Send Email Action

    • Within your workflow, find the action responsible for sending emails and PDF reports
    • This is labeled as “Send Email”
  6. Delete the Send Email Action

    • Click on the “Send Email” action to select it
    • Look for a delete (represented by a trash can icon)
    • Click this option to remove the “Send Email” action from your workflow
  7. Reconnect the Workflow

    • After deleting the “Send Email” action, you’ll need to reconnect the remaining parts of your workflow
    • Link the action that came before the deleted “Send Email” action to the one that came after it
    • This ensures your workflow continues to function smoothly without interruption
  8. Save Your Changes

    • Once you’ve deleted the action and reconnected your workflow, remember to save your changes
    • Look for a “Save”  button, located at the top of the Workflow Builder

Important Notes

  • Removing the email action will stop both email notifications and PDF reports tied to that action
  • Make sure you’re not deleting any crucial steps in your workflow
  • Test your workflow after making changes to ensure it still functions as intended
