  1. How many users can be added to Axonator?
    Axonator lets you add as many users as you want during the 15 day free trial period. After the trial is over, you need to subscribe to a plan based on your organisation’s needs.  The number of users that you can add for each of the plans are – 
    • Basic Plan – Maximum 6 Users (1 App Builder and 5 App Users)
    • Pro Plan – Unlimited (Min.  3 users)
    • Enterprise Plan – Unlimited (Min. 10 Users)

 

  1. How many users can use Axonator simultaneously?
    Axonator can be used simultaneously by multiple users for data submissions as well as app building. Users can use the mobile app to submit data (online or offline) at multiple locations at the same time and it is seamlessly synced with your backend database.
    However, if multiple users are working on the App Builder (builder.axonator.com), then only the version of the component they are working on (eg. form, workflow, pdf report, etc.) that is saved and published most recently will be visible to all the users.

 

  1. Can I use Axonator offline?
    Yes, Axonator’s Mobile App can be used offline to make data submissions. The data gets stored to the device’s local storage and is synced to the app’s backend database once the device is connected to the internet.
    However, to use Axonator’s web platforms (builder.axonator.com and web.axonator.com), you will need a consistent internet connection and cannot use any functionality offline.

 

  1. Is Axonator secure?
    Yes, Axonator is secure. It uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements robust network and storage security measures to safeguard data at rest. Sensitive information, including PII and payment data, is protected using advanced encryption techniques and handled through PCI-compliant Stripe. Axonator also follows ISO 27001 standards for data security.

 

  1. How many apps can I build on Axonator?
    There is no limit to the number of apps you can create during the free trial period on Axonator.
    Once the free trial is over, the number of apps you can create depends on the subscription plan that you choose. The number of apps you can create per account are –
    • Basic Plan – 1 App per account
    • Pro Plan – Unlimited Apps per account
    • Enterprise Plan – Unlimited Apps per account

 

  1. Can I customize an app once it is built on Axonator?
    Yes, you can fully customize your Axonator app even after you have published it for the first time via builder.axonator.com. There is no limit to the number of times you can make changes to your app.

 

  1. How much time does it take to create an app on Axonator?
    The amount of time it takes to create an app on Axonator is purely subjective based on factors such as number of components (forms, workflows, reports, etc.) to be included in the app, their complexity, number of people working on the app creation, their familiarity with the platform’s features and more.
    Our goal at Axonator is to make app creation as easy and as fast as possible. Once you have configured your app as per your requirements, the process of publishing the app and enabling it for use takes mere seconds.

 

  1. Can I edit forms / workflows / reports on mobile?
    No, editing any component of your Axonator app can only be done on the App Builder (builder.axonator.com). The Axonator Mobile App is to be solely used for submitting data through mobile forms.

 

  1. How do I create an organizational hierarchy in Axonator?
    You can create an organizational hierarchy by assigning or creating roles for the users you add to your organization. Roles can be assigned and created at the Organizational User level as well as App User level. Each role can be assigned a set of access permissions, which further enables you to create an identical organizational hierarchy of your company on Axonator.

 

  1. Can I get a back-up of data submitted via Axonator on my local device?
    Yes, Axonator allows you to export data submissions via email in excel format. However, this requires appropriate access permissions to the web platform and you must be added to an app to access its data.
    You can also export an app entirely via the App Settings as well.

 

  1. Can I create custom data views in Axonator?
    Yes, you can view data in multiple formats on Axonator. The three data views are –
  • List View
  • Map View 
  • Board View
    You can create customized list, map or board views for the form fields within your forms and view it on the web platform (web.axonator.com).

  1. Can I create a custom feature on Axonator’s builder?
    Apart from the core features (Mobile Form, Workflow, Template and Analytical Report Builder) you cannot create any custom feature on Axonator. However, using these you can make endless app configurations, covering all of your business needs. Within these features, you can create customizations such as data validations, form scripts, input based decision making, custom data filters, etc. and create an app tailored to your specific requirements.

 

  1. Can I integrate third party software with Axonator?
    Yes, integrating third party software such as Salesforce, SAP, IBM Maximo, etc. with your Axonator apps is easily achievable.
    All you have to do is acquire an API key to connect the software with Axonator and with a few simple steps within the workflow builder, you can configure your Axonator app to seamlessly integrate with a third party software.

 

  1. Can I create apps with the help of AI on Axonator?
    Yes, Axonator has powerful AI capabilities which can assist in building apps faster than ever before.
    Axonator’s Commando AI is capable of creating forms and suggesting form fields based on user prompts. It is also capable of converting your existing excel spreadsheets or PDF reports into mobile checklists within seconds.
    The platform is continuously evolving, with the focus of making it more AI enabled with every significant upgrade.

 

  1. Is there a limit to the length of forms / reports one can create on Axonator?
    The length of the forms depends on the subscription plan that you have selected.
    The number of fields allowed are –
  • Free trial – no limit
  • Basic Plan – 200 fields across all forms
  • Pro Plan – 400 fields across all forms
  • Enterprise Plan – 2000 fields across all forms

    There is no limit to the number of forms/reports/workflows you can have per app.
