Key Form Settings Options

  1. Form Name
    • Allows you to set the singular name for your form
  2. Plural Name
    • Enables you to specify the plural version of the form name
  3. Custom Label – Title
    • Offers the ability to create a custom title for your form
    • Can be used to provide a more descriptive or user-friendly form title
  4. Custom Label – Subtitle
    • Allows for the addition of a subtitle to your form
    • Useful for providing additional context or instructions
  5. Parent Form
    • Option to link the current form to a parent form
    • In this case, it’s set to “Empty,” indicating no parent form is selected
  6. Form Multi-language CSV Export
    • Feature to enable or disable multi-language CSV export
    • Currently set to “Disable”
  7. Is Form Public
    • Option to set the form’s visibility
    • Determines whether the form is accessible publicly
  8. Form Icon
    • Allows you to assign an icon to your form for easy identification
