Draft Submissions

The Axonator Mobile App allows you to make unlimited draft submissions of a form. Draft submissions can be useful in cases where a user needs to cross check information that is to be submitted, or form needs to be submitted at a later date. None of the data that gets saved as a draft form is lost in scenarios of performing a data or app sync. There is no limit to the number of times you can draft the same form before submitting it. 

To create a draft – 

• Open the Axonator Mobile app. 
• Tap on the app in which you wish to make a form submission. 
• Open a form and fill it out according to the fields mentioned. 
• Tap on “submit”. Out of the popup options, select “save as draft”. 
• Even if you decide to go back to the app’s home screen without pressing submit, you will see a “draft” confirmation popup to either discard or draft the submission.

On the app’s home screen, you will see a “Drafts” option in the bottom navigation bar. This page has a list of all your drafts stored in one place. You can either complete the drafts and submit the data or long press on the draft entry and delete the draft record. 

There is no condition to save the form as a draft. Users can save a form as draft even if the form fields marked as required have not been filled.
