Create a Tabular Report

Creating a graphical report in Axonator is a simple process involving the following steps –

• Visit builder.axonator.com
• Open an existing/create a new app in which you wish to create a graphical report.
• Through the left sidebar, navigate to the “Analytical Reports” section.
• Enable reporting (ignore step if already enabled previously) 
• Click on the new report, and then out of the two options, select tabular reports. 
• Once the canvas is visible in front of you, you can drag and drop the form fields that you want in your tabular report. 
• The form fields form the columns and the data submitted form the rows of the tabular report. 
• Next, you can choose to group the rows or columns of the table as per your preference, rearrange and rename the columns, edit the table’s name and other visual properties from the options displayed on the right. 
• Once you have added all the rows and columns as per your requirement, you can apply filters to the table in order to have the exact data visible. 
• You can now save the tabular report by clicking on the save button on the top right corner. 
• Once saved, you can pin the contents to a Dashboard.
  

Please note – Multiple tables can be created within the same tabular report by adding more pages to it.
