Create a Graphical Report

Creating a graphical report in Axonator is a simple process involving the following steps – 

• Visit builder.axonator.com
• Open an existing/create a new app in which you wish to create a graphical report.
• Through the left sidebar, navigate to the “Analytical Reports” section.
• Enable reporting (ignore step if already enabled previously) 
• Click on the new report, and then out of the two options, select graphical reports. 
• Once your canvas is open, you can see all the graph/chart options on your top right and all form fields using which you can create data visualizations below it.
• To create any visualization, first drag and drop the chart/graph you wish to create. 
• Next, drag the form field/s which you wish to display the data for into the area of the empty graph/chart.
• Doing so will automatically set the metric and dimension of your visualization. 
• Once you have dragged the form field/s for the chart or graph, you can now customize the metric for the data that you wish to see. 
• Once the metrics and dimensions for all the components of your report have been set as per your choice, you can apply filters to it if required. 
• After having set the filters for the report’s components, you can either choose to pin the visualizations to a dashboard, or simply save the Graphical Report.
