Confidential Information of the Customer shall mean all business and technological information of Customer and shall include the Customer Data. Confidential Information of Axonator shall mean the Services other than the Customer Data. Confidential Information shall not include any information which is in the public domain (other than through a breach of this agreement), which is independently developed by the recipient, or which is received by a third party, not under restriction

The recipient will not disclose the Confidential Information, except to affiliates, employees, agents, professional advisors, or third party vendors who participate in the provision of the Services hereunder who need to know it and who have agreed to keep it confidential. The recipient will ensure that those people and entities use the received Confidential Information only to exercise rights and fulfill obligations under this Agreement while using reasonable care to keep it confidential

The recipient may also disclose Confidential Information to the extent required by an order of a government entity of appropriate jurisdiction; provided that the recipient uses commercially reasonable efforts to promptly notify the other party of such disclosure before complying with such order

Where Do We Store Your Data?

Any data stored electronically will be stored in secure servers. All Axonator services are hosted in Amazon Web Services Cloud at USA facilities and infrastructure and no Axonator employee is authorized any physical access to the AWS Cloud. Cloud Security is the highest priority for Amazon AWS services and Axonator leverages the same standards by placing all our production databases and servers in AWS thereby meeting core security and compliance requirements which include data locality, protection, and confidentiality. These stringent measures provide significant protection of data from traditional security issues such as DoS attacks and Data sniffing. On top of these measures, we have in place a web application security filter that prevents Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF), SQL Injection, and HTML Injection. We perform regular security scans on our platform to be compliant

In addition to all this, we sign an official Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with our customers which ensures a high degree of data security. We strongly believe that for our customer's data security is a major concern and we have security-certified professionals working with us who take care of data storage and security at its peak

Note for European visitors/users - All Axonator services/data are hosted in Amazon Web Services Cloud at USA facilities and infrastructure. Agreeing to the terms & conditions means you are not concerned about data storage physical location and if so either consult with your security specialist or explicitly raise the request to us at [email protected] to know more about it
