How to Apply for the Not-for-Profit Program?

If you already have an Axonator account and believe you are eligible for the Not-for-Profit Program, simply fill send email to support@axonator.com.

See the Ineligible Organizations

• Religious Organizations: All religious institutions and organizations, including but not limited to places of worship, those providing services regardless of faith, religious education, and other religious activities.
• Healthcare Organizations: Hospitals, 10nurse registries or bureaus, health insurance organizations, prepared group health plans, group medical practice associations, and inpatient care facilities.
• Discriminatory Organizations: Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background.
• Economic Development Organizations: Chambers of Commerce (excluding foundations), Business Improvement Districts, and local and regional economic development organizations with a primary focus on commercial business development. Trade or business associations.
• Government-managed Nonprofits: Nonprofits funded by local, state, or federal governments that function without an independent board of directors, or are managed by a government agency.
• Professional Sports Organizations: Sports organizations focused on supporting professional sports or sports players, i.e., those that receive payment for their performance.
• Fraternal Beneficiary Societies: Orders or associations that provide other services or benefits to members or employees.
• Legislative and Political Activity Organizations
• Community Interest Companies: Organizations in the UK with the CIC designation.
• Educational Organizations: Schools, colleges, universities, or related organizations.

Adding More Users on the Not-for-Profit Program

Once your application is approved and your account is set up under the Not-for-Profit Program, you can add up to 10 users at no cost. To add an 11th user (or more), you will receive a 70% discounted rate.

To add new users:

1. Click on your avatar located at the top right corner of your account.
2. Click on “Administration.”
3. Select “Users.”
4. Click on “Upgrade now.”
5. Select the number of users and the plan. Once done, enter your payment information.

Product Distribution

Products will be distributed to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals. Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell Axonator products or otherwise violate any terms of the Axonator Terms of Service.
