The application comprises 17 forms tailored for inspecting various equipment types. Users scan QR codes to access checklists, where equipment details auto-populate, improving accuracy and efficiency.

  • The equipment name, equipment code, model number, or other related details will be auto-populated once they scan any QR code.
  • Users will manually select the operator name and checker name in the checklist.
