Choose the time when the field visit started.

Select the weather conditions during the field visit.

Pick the areas that were visited during the field inspection.

Select the nature of observations made during the visit.

Select the PPE used during the field visit.

Identify the emergency exit locations at the visited site.

Check for appropriate safety signage and mark if adequate.

Ensure the fire extinguishers are inspected and operational.

Select any safety hazards identified during the visit.
